Theme: Your Recognition May Not Come Out From The Promise Land,             

                But Come From a Farway Place

 

Introduction: Your CSI is defined as your "Circumstances, Situations, Issues" that your will face in Time,Life, and Crisis. Joseph felt he he was facing the worse of times, life was a curse, and crisis was an albatross around his neck and feet. That's why God has put within us his purpose(John 18:37) either one talent, two talents or five talents(Matt. 25;14-28):1. A Book-Hagg. 2:3;2.  A Dreamer-Gen. 37:1-8; 3. An Achiever-11 Tim. 1:7;  4-An Inventor-Rom. 4:17; 5. A Motivator-1 Sam. 30:6. 

   That's why David when facing the Giant Goliath chose out Five Smooth Stones(1 Sam 17:40; because Saul loss his talent(favor and anointing from God) and he gave it to David(1 Sam. 13:13,14;1 Sam. 16:12-14). Each of us has a leadership and stewardship(Servant-Leader)Potential. Some of us develop it, and others will never see it.

  1.     Knowing Him In The Fellowship of His Suffering :Phil. 3:10

        A. Gal. 6:7-9--We Reap What We Sow--But Cannot Give Up, Less We Lose.

 

        B. Ex.14:12-14---When We are at our Red Sea and Pressed in between

            a no return and a dilemma(Stand Still and see the salvation of the Lord).

 

        C. 11 Tim. 2:3---We must endure hardness as a good soldier. Chapter 2:

            and verse three of 11 Tim. is like the 23rd Psalms.

 

 11. The Power of His Resurrection ;Phil. 3:10

            Knowing Him In The Power of His Resurrection(Yes I had to get

           hurt in order to be blessed). This was the testimony of Joseph and it was

           the testimony of Lord Jesus Christ(Heb.9:16-18). Like Jesus, death and

           suffering releases the blessings of the covenat;otherwise, it is of no

           effect.

 

111.   Knowing Who We Are In Christ(1 Cor. 15:10;Eph. 5:14-16;1 John

           2:15). Three things we must remember in life: Knowing the purpose

           why we were born(John 19:37;Not to be weary in well doing(Gal. 6:

           7-9); and evil(Gen. 50:20), in God's timing, God will turn the CSI around

           in your life. Evil spelled backwards is live. Life(resurrection)can come

           out of a dead/cursed situation(Job 42:8-10).

Conclusion; The prophet Micah said, what does the Lord require of us(Micah

         6:8),that we do justly, walk humbly with thy God,etc. This is fulfilled by

         Gal. 6:8, he that soweth to the flesh shall reap corruption, but he that

         soweth in the spirit, shall reap everlasting life. Somethings in life may

         be our timing, but it is not in God's season(Eccl. 3:1). That is why some

        get a shortcut to a blessing, and later on fall into the condemantion of the

        devil, because it may have been your timing, but not God' season(1 Tim.

        3:6;1 Pet. 5:6).

                        Your recognition and Protection may not come out always   

        from the Promise Land; it may have to come out from a faraway land like

        Egypt(Esther 4:14 ; Gen. 37: 36;Matt.2:15).
